The drizzle at the 4pmCT opening of Downtown Days didn't help attendance, but there was steady traffic at the Food Court on Burkesville Street, everything from Funnel Cakes to Ribeye Sandwiches to Adair County BBQ, from Re-Run's to the Eunice Church of God was available - with the rain carrying the aroma of good food on the grills, appetites were whetted, services was quick and and friendly, too.
