KSP receives large donation for The Trooper Project

Stewart Perry, president of Equestrian Events, Inc. (EEI) in Lexington, KY and Lee Carter, executive director of EEI, presented a $5,000 check to KSP Commissioner Rodney Brewer, in support of The Trooper Project. EEI is widely known within the equine industry and produces the annual Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event. The Trooper Project is an effort to build a memorial statue to fallen troopers and officers and will be housed at the KSP Academy in Frankfort. Columbia Police looking for escapees

Columbia Police are looking for two escapees from the Adair County Class D Facility. 20 year old Jordan Luttrell, left, of Liberty KY. He is aprox 5 ft 11 in height, 175 lbs, brown hair, blue eyes and has a large scar on the right side of his head. He was last seen wearing a white hooded sweatshirt with blue jeans and tennis shoes. The second inmate is Thomas L Wilson right age 34 of Albany KY. He is approximately 6 ft in height, 220 lbs, brown hair, blue eyes, has tattoos on both sides of his neck and both arms. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a dark colored t-shirt and work boots. Columbia Police Department is asking for the public to keep a watchful eye out for these two escaped inmates and to please call 270-384-4119 or 270-384-6464 with any information as to their whereabouts or call your nearest Law Enforcement Agency. ACHS Athletic Groups working together to benefit children

Members of the Adair County High School Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Lady Indians, and ACHS Boys Basketball team all worked together to collect items and then put them in boxes they had constructed to benefit Operation Christmas Child.
