Facsimile of Marriage Certificate: Burton-Streeval

2014-11-13 - Vester, KY - Photo from Mary Curry Collection. Murrell Burton, current curator of two boxes of memorabilia belonging to Mary Burton found this highly significant document in the treasure trove. It's the marriage certificate of Tandy A. Streeval and Dollie Burton (Streeval). John Rice of the United Baptist denomination was the officiating minister. The date was October 25, 2014. The marriage license was issued by Adair County Court Clerk Walker Bryant. The witnesses were two very prominent men of the day, Cortez Sanders and Ivan Morris. The certicate does not tell where the marriage took place. - CM
