Product of Adair County, KY. New York Style Cheese Cake baked by Steve Chundy, at the Harvest Cafe, 212 Public Square, Columbia, KY, who says the introduction of cheesecake has been very popular. Mr. Chundy has earned the nickname "The Muffin Man," through his popular "Walk Arounds" carrying baked goods and breakfast sandwiches to different neighbors on regular days of the week.

Life in the Holler: The sun eases its way around the bend

The first sunlight to hit The Holler each morning slowly makes its way around this bend. The shorter the days become the longer it takes the sun's rays to ease on around. During the heart of winter it never quite makes it completely around the corner. This place I call home is truly magical. One of the many things I am thankful for this week.
