Epicurean Kentuckian: Mexican Restaurant coming to Downtown

Alex Fuentes was working on the interior of restaurant building owned by Ben Arnold at 104 Public Square most recently occupied by TaP's Diner, today, 3 Dec 2014. Fuentes said a Mexican restaurant will open at the location in as soon as two weeks. He will be chef, he said. His nephew, Ramos Fuentes, who operates Acapulco in Russell Springs' Key Village, will be he the owner of the Columbia restaurant.
