CJE Ann Melton looks on as outgoing Adair County Jailer Rick Wilson acknowledges appreciation shown him for eight years of service as Adair County Regional Jailer. Wilson had the tough job of rebuilding much of the facilities security, surveillance, and heating and cooling equipment. He will be succeeded a rising political star, Joey White, who will be taking over as jailer ahead of other officers. Wilson is planning to retire December 31, 2014. White will take over that day.
