Gave a report on the LCADD guided project to get a Senior Citizen's Center underway in Adair County, KY. The seven year project started under CJE Ann Melton. She and CJE Mike Stephens recommended the low bidder for the job, VanHook Construction of Glasgow, KY, be awarded a complete package contract for base project, a new accoustical ceiling, and a replacement for the metal roof.
