Goodnight winter sun

2015-01-18 - from Maple Street, Columbia, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener.
Mom said that 80 years ago before television, before internet, sunsets invited folks outside to view the changing of day to evening. It was a time of socializing and she remembers many stunning sunsets shared with her family. We found this sunset to be one of those that invited us to stop and be awed. This view looking west over downtown Columbia and the historic courthouse clock tower was discovered in front of the former residence of Hunter and Joyce Durham. - LW
