Larry Smith interviewed Adair County Judge Executive Mike Stephens following special called meetings of the Adair Fiscal Court and the court sitting as the Adair County Public Properties Corporation, this morning, Friday, January 23, 2015, at which the court passed ordianances which will let Ross, Sinclaire, & Associates re-finance the bond issue on the Adair County Judicial Center. The expected savings was projected, based on current markets, of $387,499, with a 90/10 split between the state and the county. Adair County will realize will receive around $38,749.90, depending on where the bond market is on the actual date of issuance. Larry Smith is Operations Manager, Shoreline Communications. The interview will be on FM 92.7 the WAVE and FM 99.9 the Big Dawg.
