Kayla Garrison will soon have book published

Adair County High School junior Kayla Garrison is in the process of writing and publishing a book about pediatric cancer. Though the book is currently untitled, it is a fictional story of a little girl named Kadee who has leukemia. Kayla is writing this book to raise money for her foundation, Kayla's Rising Above Childhood Cancer (KRACC), at Kosair's Children Hospital. - Ch'Dara Wheat and Lesley Ferguson, Adair County High School.
