Adair County Judge Executive Mike Stephens welcomed speakers for and against a local Right-to-Work Law. The court voted unanimously, by voice vote with the Judge casting a vote for the ordinance to approve a first reading of an ordinance in favor of the action. At left is Gale Cowan, Adair County Finance Officer and recording clerk for the meeting. The photo was taken at the regular Tuesday, February 10, 2015 meeting of Adair Fiscal Court.
