Blizzard of 16 Feb 2015: Town horse horseplay

2015-02-18 - Roseland Plantation, Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener.
Haven't noticed other animals, but the downtown horses next door are actually playing the snow, have as much fun as kids. The sure footed ones next door were racing with all the exuberance of thoroughbreds in a spring Bluegrass pasture.

Blizzard of 16 Feb 2015: Front yard visitors

2015-02-18 - Columbia, KY - Photo by Melissa Stone. Melissa Stone writes, "Good morning, Ed! It's cold and quiet on Dillon Street, but that didn't keep visitors from stopping by! When I first spotted the rabbit, he was peeking up out of the snow in the front yard. By the time I got my camera and got outside, he had come on up on the front porch to visit a while - as any good guest will do! Stay warm!"
