Epicurean Kentuckian: Sandwich of the day

2015-04-21 - Photo by Pen.
Kroger's "English Toasting Bread" holds up pretty well to some factory tomatoes, with summer sausage and Havarti, mixed greens, onions, and lightly pickled cucumbers. Mayo near the tomatoes helps keep the lightly toasted bread from getting soggy, and some spicy mustard on the other slice provides a nice contrast to the cheese and meat.
