Mr. Troutwine writes, "Last night, I was fortunate enough to be invited to a party with the future President of these United States. Kentucky's own Senator Rand Paul. Today (6 Apr 2015) will be the big announcement." The photo was taken at a gathering to watch the NCAA title match. He adds, "I have known Rand Paul since before he ran for the Senate. He and my son-in-law are close friends they have attended several ophthalmology schools together."
