Judge Mike Stephens, points finger at Matt Baker

2015-04-15 - Adair Annex, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY - Photo bu Ed Waggener.

Baker has built Columbia Controls into one of Kentucky's leading electronic security firms specializing in jail electronics systems.
