It looks good, but has the look of something odoriferous, which might permeate the pores of one's skin after ingestion. Maybe a tramp festival item. Maybe something one would eat with a can of chicken Viennies. Let us know, and please let us know if ramps can be found in Adair, Casey, Cumberland, Green, Metcalfe, Russell and/or Taylor Counties. In the mountains of Eastern Tennessee and Eastern Kentucky they are often harvested by native gatherers and sold in Farmers Markets. Kroger's "English Toasting Bread" holds up pretty well to some factory tomatoes, with summer sausage and Havarti, mixed greens, onions, and lightly pickled cucumbers. Mayo near the tomatoes helps keep the lightly toasted bread from getting soggy, and some spicy mustard on the other slice provides a nice contrast to the cheese and meat.
