Scarecrows will get a new twist this year, thanks to AHA
 2015-09-03 - Fountain Plaza, Downtown Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener. This happy scarecrow was placed in the fountain corner of the public square in the past by the City of Columbia staff as part of decorations for the annual Downtown Days celebration. This year, the Adair Heritage Association is promoting a scarecrow, or "Squarecrow", contest which should have multiple entries decorating the square and adding to the fun.
