VWS (Vermont Weather Stick) augments NWS at Coburg - I
2015-06-11 - Coburg, KY - Photo iPad photo by Billy Humphress. All Billy Humphress has to do is look out his window at his Vermont Weather Stick to see what the weather is. Above, with the stick bowing downward, it's raining. The stick, seen jjust to the middle right of the front porch post, has a hummingbird on it, but the woods natural qualities, not the weight of the tiny bird, causes the weather stick to change shape. Among other places, Mr. Humphress says, the sticks are available from the Vermont Country Store. - EW. Paired photo: See also - VWS (Vermont Weather Stick) augments NWS at Coburg - II
