Columbia/Adair Utilities District's Board awarded this 2003 Ford Pickup Truck to the highest bidder, Josh Hatcher, who bid $676.00, $221.32 higher than the second bid, $454.68, from Jared D. Hadley. The bid was accepted on a motion by Board Member David Jones, with a second by Member Larry Russell Bryant, and Member Barry Stotts and Board Chair Tim Baker joining for a 4-0 vote. Member Mike Newton was not present at the meeting, at 6pmCT, Thu 11 Jun 2015, at the CAUD conference room, 109 Grant Lane, Columbia, KY.
