Rep. Hoover and Amber Hale unveil Capps Hwy sign
 2015-06-30 - Cumberland County Judicial Center, 112 Courthouse Square, Burkesville, KY - Photo Kentucky House Republican Caucus. House Republican Floor Leader Jeff Hoover, R-Jamestown, and Amber Hale with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet unveiled signs naming Kentucky 90 as the R. Fred Capps Memorial Highway during ceremonies in Burkesville today, Tuesday, June 30, 2015. Capps, the former Commonwealth's Attorney in Cumberland County, was killed in a shootout in June 2000 with a person he was scheduled to prosecute. Leader Hoover and Sen. Max Wise, R-Campbellsville, KY worked with the Cumberland County Fiscal Court in passing a resolution in the 2016 session naming the road in memory of Capps. - Michael Goins

This was taken of St. Mark's Cathedral, which he revisited, noting, "I sang there with a combined Presbyterian - Catholic choir a few years ago. The acoustics were marvelous!"
