ACMS Jr. Beta Club attend Student Leadership Summit

2015-10-24 - Sevierville, TN - Photo by Kayla Stockton.
The officers representing Adair County Middle School Jr. Beta Club are attending The Student Leadership Summit in Sevierville TN. These students are learning the attributes of becoming great leaders by serving others. A quote from their first session today pretty much sums up the ideals behind being a Beta. "The best gift a leader can give doesn't cost money...it costs courage. When you give of yourself, you give hope." Students are from left to right: Lauren Grant-President, Maggie Young-Vice President, Walter Baker-Treasurer, Jenna Grant-Vice Presidential candidate for state office and Briley Cox-Secretary. Current Beta Sponsors for ACMS are Kayla Stockton and Brandi Compton. Shamarie Harper, Adair County High School Media Coordinator
