Kent Jessie was recognized for earning a Level 3 Water Plant operator certificate. The certificate is the highest needed for a plant the size of the Adair County Water Treatment Plant. One higher certificate, Level 4, is for plants in large metropolitan areas, according to Damon Talley, special attorney for the Columbia Adair County Utilities District. Contrails left a perfect Christian cross up there earlier this week. If it isn't a phenomena, why don't the contrails taper away, instead of seeming to start and end as they do?
