According to Wikipedia, "As of 2013, the park is the most visited seasonal amusement park in the United States with an estimated 3.38 million visitors in 2013. Epicurean Kentuckian: an unfamiliar looking lunch 2015-08-02 - Columbia, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener, CM. First green drink off first juicer was a success, it tasted exactly like the juice of mostly green veggies, containing kale, tomatoes, cucumbers, cillantro, a fourth of a lemon and a green apple. In preparation for this feast in a glass, the shopping cart was filled with vegetables, a first, and then the kitchen cabinet looked like the produce section of the grocery store instead of a collection of processed foods. I read the directions, washed and set up the juicer – there are lots of parts! Next I washed and selected vegetables, going by the recipes at hand. The juicer sounded like a train coming through the house but it worked as promised and this glass of juice became lunch. Cleanup was another adventure, not a bit easier than cleanup of a regular meal.
