Top Executive of Duo-County at City Council meeting

Duo County Telecom CEO Thomas Preston center, after the Monday, Aug 3, 2015 regular session of Columbia City Council. He and Duo-County's Counsel, H.K. Cooper, attended the session to clarify that the firm is not affected by a telephone franchise ordinance, which is specifically addresses the Windstream franchise. Duo-County's cable franchise continues until 2021, they noted, and local cable customers will not be affected by the change.
