Bad day for main break - CAUD workers up to waist in cold water

Columbia/Adair Utilities District employees Adam Darnell, Phillip Richard and Josh Hatcher are working to repair the main line leak on Hwy 55 North. We hope to have the repairs completed as soon as possible. The leak happened on our 18" line which brings water into our system from the Water Plant. We want to remind our customers to boil their water during this time until the boil water advisory is lifted, which could take up to 24 hours. - Jennifer Carter

ACES says LWC 'The Jungle Book' performance is awesome!

Students at Adair County Elementary School have sure enjoyed the LWC production of the classic children's story, "The Jungle Book" this week. What an awesome performance! CAUD crew works in rain to repair N 55 main break at Coburg

Tim Baker took this photo of the Columbia/Adair Utilities District crew repairing a water main break on KY 55 north - Campbellsville Road - near the Adair-Taylor County line at around noon Wednesday, November 18, 2015. The break has resulted in a a countywide CAUD boil water advisory and a special letter from Adair County School Superintendent Alan W. Reed reassuring parents that bottled water will be on hand at all Adair County Schools tomorrow, Thursday, November 19, 2015.

Milltown UMC delivers OCC boxes to Wheet hall
