Grimes calls for No Excuses Early Voting in Kentucky

Secretary of State Tre Hargett, called for Kentucky lawmakers to pass early voting legislation she has proposed. Grimes said Kentucky voters deserve to be able to cast their ballots without an excuse if they need or choose to before Election Day.
