Epicurean Kentuckian: Tenderloin Biscuit for two 2016-03-29 - Columbia, KY - Photo by Ed Waggener. In Adair County - you don't have to argue at most places to get a Tenderloin Biscuit fixed right - it's just "deluxed" - O/L/T'ed - with an added request for pickles. They've done it right when the tenderloin has to stretch to match the thickness of the sweet white onion and the gauge of the tomato. Asking for enough lettuce to taste is way too much trouble, and that's the least important element. Excellent with a side bowl of Gravy. And too cheap to tell the price.
