The huge lawn around the Mecalfe County Courthouse has evolved to a center city park, with benches, walks, and a beautifully manicured landscape. Kelly Radford perserveres to earn diploma

Kelly Radford is many things: wife, mother, minister for Carrying the Torch Ministries, AND a GED graduate. Kelly attended classes every week, Monday through Thursday, at the Adair County Adult Education Center (ACAEC). Though the road wasn't easy for her, Kelly said that her love for God and the Holy Spirit inspired her to finish her education.
