There are still great redbuds hanging around 2016-04-13 - Public Square, Columbia, KKY - Photo by Ed Waggener. Most of us are looking past redbud trees to the next big show: Dogwoods showing off in fence rows, a display epitomized by a mid-to-late April drive south on Randolph Road in Metcalfe County. Maybe most redbuds in our area have peaked, but not this one in the First National Bank Corner of the Public Square. The photo was taken in early morning, and its gorgeous.
