Cumberland County's jewel of a small recreation area, Salem Park, offers a quiet area to walk and enjoy nature, a bit of history, and some interesting geological features at the confluence of Little Renox Creek and Big Renox Creek. The oval track was 300 strides of 30" when "tested" on Saturday. That means the minimum daily exercise of 10,000 steps can be achieved in only 34-35 turns.
