Lindsey Burd leads Campbellsville Lady Tigers to NAIA Round 2

Lindsey Burd, No. 22, led both teams with 22 points while also hauling in six boards, dishing out five assists and two steals in the win. She shot 57 percent from the floor (8-of-14) and went 6-of-7 from the charity stripe. Hot shooting led the Campbellsville Lady Tigers past the Golden Nuggets of Xavier University this morning, 74-50, in the first round of the NAIA National Tournament at Silverstein Eye Centers Arena. from Campbellsville University

Chanci Patterson helps student learn to tell time

Chanci Patterson, who has taught kindergarten at CES for the past 16 years, recently renewed her national board certification. Here, she helps Josiah Edwards write the time. She recently renewed her national board certification – the highest credential in teaching. National Board Certification is the most respected professional certification available in education. It was designed to develop, retain and recognize accomplished teachers and to generate ongoing improvement in schools nationwide. Patterson is one of three CES teachers who are board certified.
