Trent Sparks, the son of Tammy Sparks and fallen firefighter Charles "Sparky" Sparks was interviewed for a Tv segment on WKYT as his grandparents, far right, Charles and Helen Sparks, watch every second. The interview followed the ceremony dedicating the Russell Creek Bridge on the Adair County Veterans Memorial Bypass as the "Charles 'Sparky' Sparks Memorial Bridge" and the a stretch of KY 55 north as the "Captain Tonny Grider Memorial Highway." Behind the sign are Jordan Grider, son of Captain Grider talking with his mother and widow of Captain Grider, Gina Grider.
