Coburg's A & M Farmers Market Chop House Restaurant serves breakfasts to order. Chef Jamie Collins created this Coburg Better-n-a-Hot Brown poor man's hot brown: Obviously, it's smothered with silky smooth white gravy, and there's a hint of the two sunnies. It's peppered to taste, with enough Texas Pete to put just enough heat in a couple of bites. Under that hood, there's a powerhouse breakfast with biscuit, two sausage patties, and two thick slices of red ripe tomatoes. It was so good my breakfast partner was almost in tears that she didn't order it instead of the actually terrific omelet she had. A & M is now open 6 days a week, including Saturday. Mon-Fri, 5am-3pmCT; on Saturdays they close at 1pmCT.
