Elderberry bushes are carrying out one of their most important functions at this time of the year - providing restful interruptions to the almost solid shades of green which make up the Adair County countryside. For many home winemakers, now is the time to geo-locate each plant, to make them easier to find at elderberry harvest time. Some are rarely seen. This one is passed by many people every day. It's hidden in plain sight. Do you know where it is?
