The Arts & Crafts Festival, one of the major South Central Kentucky annual gatherings, is 9am-4pmCT, Saturday, October 1, 2016. The location is active year round with devotees of clean, drinkable water coming to Spout Springs to fill jugs of tasty clean water from the spout of spout springs.
