Cundiff (center) received their promotional certificates from KSP Commissioner Rick Sanders and John Grate, deputy secretary of the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet, on Sept. 16, 2016. An 11-year KSP veteran, Stotts is commander of the KSP Intelligence Branch in Frankfort. He is the son of Danny and Patricia Stotts of Columbia. Richard is an 11-year veteran of the agency and is assigned to KSP Post 15 in Columbia. He is the son of Johnny and Carolyn Richard of Columbia.
