There's something that soothes the soul about the remains of certain old buildings, especially for those seniors of seventy or older, especially when the structures are of timber and the structural engineering, the "good bones" to borrow from Chip & Joanna , are evident, as they are in this shed on the old Hugh Squires store in Green County. Those of us who love allowing old buildings to pass at their own pleasure also have to wonder if, in the future, say 2052, if there will be any similar nostalgia, if any of the abandoned ranch style homes, homes with alumidee-dum or plastic siding, will have similar appeal.
