Pods like the one above were seen all along the sidewalk beside City Hall last evening, Thu 20 Apr 2017. At first glance they look very much like dried banana peels. But they are not. And as far as could be determined the pods are not broadcast from any plant in the City Hall landscape. (Failed to look UP.
