She works for the Lake Cumberland ADD in the Workforce Development department as a Trade Career Manager, Rapid Response Coordinator and is the Cumberland Area WIN Administrator. She introduced the WIN courseware, an online workforce training program. The courseware provides a benefit for both employers and jobseekers.

Jelaine Harlow, Health Educator 3 with Lake Cumberland District Health Department, shared a Community Health Assessment analysis for the ten counties in the district called "A Closer Look at Lake Cumberland." She gave a brief tour of the LCDHD website with information about the region's statistics which she pointed out "affect all other areas of our economy." Adair ranks 48th among Kentucky's 120 counties.
