Birds of Kentucky: Bald Eagles 2

2017-01-20 - Taylor Co., KY - Photo by Lawrence Hamilton.
Lawrence writes, "This is the second time I have been lucky enough to spot these Eagles on the Green River. There seems to be 3 I have seen them together 2 with white heads and 1 does not have a white head..I have read the one that does not have a white head is young they mature around 4 to 5 yrs old. Male an Female both have white heads. If you would like to look for the Eagles the best place seems to be around the river at Tebbs Bend. Today I spotted these in a field feeding on something. They have also been spotted below the Dam fishing."
