To support its Trooper Island Camp for underprivileged children, the Kentucky State Police is selling raffle tickets for a chance to win a new 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Winter Edition 4x4, an iconic U.S. brand that shares the same heritage as the vehicle American GIs rode to victory in World War II.

2017-07-08 - Eli, Russell County, KY - Photo Haley Cromwell. Had this dog to approach us in the Eli community in Russell County, KY. She is a female. Believe she has gotten lose as she had a collar on. She was very hungry, thirsty and scared. Very calm, sweet and relaxed. We are currently doing everything we can for her but we are not allowed to have animals, so if you know whose dog this is, or would be willing to give her a loving home, please contact me at 606-688-2484. As I'm trying everything possible before I have to take her to the shelter. - Haley
