Overturned semi on KY 55 a Cabin Creek

Adair County Fire Department personnel were on the scene monitoring fuel leakage from the saddle tanks on this truck which overturned at this point near Cabin Creek. The truck appears to have been headed north, toward Glens Fork and Columbia.

Ricky Collins, Vocational Instructor at Adair Youth Development Center, hosted Mr. Todd Wallace, above, from the Indiana/Kentucky/Ohio Regional Council of Carpenters Joint Apprenticeship and Training Fund as part of the mentoring program the school offers to the students. He explained to the students how the apprenticeship program works. He provided information about the need for trade skills workers.
