Looking to see what happened to a recent Indian Restaurant in the same location, we found the very delightful Pura Vida, restaurant in Somerset, KY. The plate above was more than ample for two seniors, and a bargain at $15.49. Above, the restaurant's "Tour Por Costa Rica: A grand tour of various traditional dishes. Served with rice, steak fajitas, grilled chicken, salchichn, chimi-churi, sweet potatoes, Picadillo, black beans, and home made tortillas." The menu didn't mention the sausage, but it was there.
