Accident leaves car appearing to levitate

2025-06-02 - Columbia, KY - Photo by Jeff Johnson.
Photographer Jeff Johnson asks, "Where in Columbia can you get your car to levitate?" That's what the vehicle looks to be doing in this photo. CPD Chief Evan Burton later reported that the non-injury Walker Street accident was called in at 15:07 Friday. The report stated that a semi-truck tore down the lines and a passenger SUV drove into the lines. It appears that the car's back end caught in a cable, making it tip up on its nose.
