We're reminded by neighbors Sybille and Jukka Tuuah from Canada, that we don't really get that much cold weather here. The weather is what attracted them to Kentucky and Tennessee, looking for warmer climates for their horses. Sybille shared this picture of winter in their northern home. She is pictured at right in the Blue Mountain ski resort area of Collingwood, Ontario. She said it doesn’t compare to the majesty of the Appalachian or Smokey Mountains but the Colorado style resort and the Georgian Bay provide a nice playground for visitors and locals alike.
