Fred, a black lab from Albany, KY, can be seen creating a small tsunami in Lake Cumberland while engaged in a tireless, seemingly endless game of throw-and-retrieve from the peninsula walk at Halcomb's Landing by Wolf Creek Dam. CAUD sewer connection for Dollar General Store gets go ahead 2018-05-12 - Intersection of Jamestown Road, Industrial Drive and Adair County Veterans Memorial Bypass - Photo by Ed Waggener. Lenny Stone, General Manager of Columbia/Adair Utilities District, reported to the CAUD board of commissioners meeting Thursday, May 10, 2018, that all the paperwork with the KY Transportation Cabinet has been completed and signed allowing construction of a sewer connection for the construction of a new Dollar General Store on the lot behind the vehicle in this photo. The KYTC is requiring a directional bore, connecting at a manhole barely visible left in the photo from the car. The property owners, Joe Pyles & Anthony Janes, will pay for the connection, Mr. Stone said.
