Cynthia A. Meyer: Meadville, PA road art started as a few flowers
2018-06-08 - Meadville, PA - Photo by Cynthia A. Meyer. A while back I sent you an email about the road sign art that is in Meadville Pennsylvania. The road department takes old road signs and makes an ongoing mural out of them. I wondered then, as I do now, why other areas can’t do the same. Granted, Meadville's road sign art started out as just a few over sized flowers, above and has flourished into a whole scene to even include a few animated items. But it has become quite the attraction in itself. - Cynthia A. Meyer

It stands out on a cliff across the lake from Jamestown Marina. Surely it's a cultivated signal, meaning something. Any notions? - EW
