Lifted by a 3.36-pound Green River Lake crappie, the team of David Jones and Corey Thomas brought 17.56 pounds to the scales to claim victory in the Pro Division at the Crappie USA event at Holmes Bend Marina for 2018. A change of strategy on day two help them to the top. Jones, from Columbia, KY and Thomas, from Jamestown, KY fished mid lake in fairly deep water to earn $4,850. Their earnings included $3,000 for first place, $500 for the Talon Bonus, $1,000 for Big Fish, $250 for the Gamma Bonus, and $100 for the Jenko Bonus.
