AC You Development Center named Alternate Program of Distinction 2018-06-11 - Frankfort, KY - Photo from Kelci Webb. The Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) review team completed an extensive on-site visit at the Adair Youth Development Center to determine eligibility for this prestigious award, and after the review was completed the Center was deemed as an exemplary program deserving of the award. The program received $2,000 from KDE for instructional support and Interim Commissioner of Education, Wayne D.
