CCC Benevolence Chairman Richard Phelps writes, "Columbia Christian Church delivered a trailer load of tornado relief supplies that Adair County residents provided to London, Kentucky Wednesday June 4. Many thanks to all who donated to this tornado relief effort. Laurel County had 700 homes damaged and 19 fatalities from the tornado.

Dairy Month Proclamation

Commissioner of Agriculture Jonathan Shell signed the proclamation above honoring the dairy industry and June as Dairy Month in Kentucky. The proclamation was signed during Dairy Night at the Ballgame with the Bowling Green Hot Rods.

Bonner Scholars in Mexico

Four Lindsey Wilson College Bonner Scholars and two staff members spent seven days in May serving at Oak Life School of Orphan Care and Love in Action Center for Children, where they helped organize and renovate a bazaar whose sales support the mission efforts.
